Safe Behavior of Operators – Discussion and Activity      

This session will begin with group discussions regarding the importance of safe behavior, how to apply it in the field and how to communicate it to renters/participants effectively. Industry hot topics and issues will be discussed and solutions identified. An explanation of how safe behavior facilitates a smooth operation and sidetracks many problems and issues.

Standard Operating Procedures and Certification Process and Documentation

This segment will focus on Standard Operating Procedures for Amusement Rentals.  Each attendee will be guided through the training process and trained to be a trainer for their company. The documents are available for purchase on CD.
